Keywords are for customers who would like to offer their customers or friends the ability to join their group text messaging list from their own mobile phones.

The process is simple. People quickly and easily Opt-In to your group text messaging list by texting your chosen Keyword to the number 41513. In the above image, Sample is the Keyword.

The person will then receive an automated reply message (which you can easily customize) confirming their subscription to your group messaging list.

With a keyword, you can also take advantage of our Send-From-Phone feature. From your personal phone, simply send [keyword + your message] to 41513 and all subscribers on that list will receive your text message instantly!

When a person receives the text message they can also opt out. This feature enables a subscriber to easily stop getting messages from a subscribed group. They simply enter "STOP" and send to 41513.
